Additional patient story topics covered
Patient stories are one of my favorite things to write. They humanize healthcare in a way that other marketing content can’t. They allow organizations to connect with their audiences on a meaningful level, and serve to help prospective patients feel a little more comfortable with the journey they have ahead of them. They highlight the best in healthcare, and care that I would want for myself or my own family members. Finding the right tone to connect with the audience through these stories is so gratifying for me.
